Our Story
In Persea Oils we have a deep commitment with Organic and Sustainable farming. We are a very sensitive company with a deep social commitment, Kenya has developed consistently the avocado growing in the last 15 years , but small farmers are still being mislead by brokers. Therefore many farmers are vulnerable and are the ones who benefit the less through the value chain.
Persea OIls commitment is to ensure the farmer gets a fair price, and they are paid on time allowing the farmers to grow and cover their financial needs while developing further.
Social Commitment
While making sure we produce the best quality oil following our internal procedures, we ensure young staff and women have a good representation among our employees members and all the staff has a good training that allow us to produce under the best standards.
